Welcome to the Luzia House! Tucked in a serene, upscale neighbourhood, our spacious home is just a 12-16 minute walk from both the city centre and the sea. The Luzia House is bathed in sunlight and offers stunning views of the sea and the city, providing the perfect backdrop for your stay.

Relax in our cosy living room, create delicious meals in the bright, fully equipped kitchen, or unwind in the garden and terrace. Four unique bedrooms mean everyone can enjoy their own private retreat with designated work areas and monitors. We've equipped the house with everything you might need to have your perfect balanced day - from fitness gear to Netflix.

If you value a balance of quiet productivity and relaxation at home, and the vibrant city life just a short walk away, this place is for you. Come, make yourself at home, and soak in the laid-back vibe!
